Buehler Micromet 2 Vickers type micro hardness tester for precise hardness testing of metals. The micro hardness tester can perform tests on material in the form of sheet at thicknesses of under 1mm and to evaluation surface effects on material hardness. The hardness tester has been used in an aerospace company and has been recently calibrated to conform to ISO 6507-2 .  Full inspection of the equipment shows it to operate in perfect order.
