The OmegaPol SA is a metallurgical polisher used for materials science.  The system includes a variable speed polishing base with 50 to 600 RPM and a fixed speed driven head.  This allows for polishing parameters to be set according to the requirements of various samples.

The load on upto 3 samples is applied using a spring load system. This offers the ability for single sample pressure and polishing of upto 3 samples of 40mm for the cycle.
