Refurbished Struers Rotopol 35 with jig

RotoPol-35 is a strong grinding and polishing machine for 300 mm diameter discs. With variable speed from 40 to 600 rpm, it is possible to carry out grinding, lapping and polishing processes, including final polishing with oxide polishing suspensions.

  • Struers Rotopol 31 base with Rotoforce 4 polishing head for metallurgical sample preparation. The system is fully functional. The Rotoforce 4 can be used with central pressure and individual pressure techniques as required by the operator. The system can be upgraded to include a rotocom dosing system to offer programmable operation and application of polishing liquids. The machine has been fully overhauled and is offered in “like new” condition. Spectrographic offer full service packages and consumables for the long service of these machines.
