Microscope Camera Comparision

Today we took micrographs of a steel sample on an Olympus Microscope, using two different cameras. The first camera was a well know high brand camera, which was truly amazing and the clarity perfect - bright field observation ; however we have compared it to our new HD1210 camera and as you can see- very similar and it is half the cost, plus you save on a c-mount adapter as it comes with a variety of dovetail mounts compatible with different brands of microscopes such as Olympus, Nikon, Leica and Zeiss.
