Polishing Cloths Consumables

Spectrographic offers a selection of self-adhesive and magnetic/steel backed polishing cloths, monocrystalline and polycrystalline diamond compounds, suspensions and pastes. We offer a wide variety of polishing cloths, with a variety of backing material, designed for convenience of use and to suit the material and application. Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) backed Polishing Cloths come with peel back sheet to reveal an adhesive surface which sticks firmly to the platen. Magnetic Disc Backed Cloths offer magnetic attraction between the backing plate on the polishing cloth and the magnetic material on the platen forms the firm adhesion of cloth to the platen. The magnetic adhesion is strong enough for manual or automatic polishing.
