  • This Brinell microscope makes accurate measurements of the brinell indentation and can support all Brinell hardness testers. this durable and compact instrument, making it suitable for laboratory and shop floor applications. The calibrated reticule in the eyepiece has a precision of 0.01mm and a measurement range up to 6mm with a extended field of view for ease of use. The Brinell indentation is measured with the precision measuring scale overlayed on the indentation and measured in the eyepiece. The portable microscope can determine the Brinell hardness by measuring the diameter of the indentation in the sample or for calibration on a standard hardness test block. The indentations are obtained by loading the steel ball of the tester located with a load up to 3000 Kg and ball diameters up to 10mm diameter. When the indentation is measured the diameter is referred to a conversion table referencing the ball type and size and operational load. The Brinell value can be obtained by referring the Conversion Table after measuring the indentations by the readout microscope. Widely u shop, material supplier, plant and quality control due to lightweight, easy operation and convenience. This microscope is designed to measure the Brinell hardness value of different non ferrous and ferrous metals including annealed steel , quenched and tempered steel, cast iron, brass casting, rolled brass, rolled cooper, alloy of tin and bronze and casting of aluminium alloy.
