Struers Minitom Metallurgical Precision Cutter

Metallurgical precision cutter by  Struers, the  mintom is a small low speed cutting system for section of a large range of materials. The maximum specimen size capacity is 30mm diameter. The settings on the machine allow for continuously variable speed. The cutting can be set to a precision of 0.01mm using a micrometer. A thermal cut out protects the machine against overload. Cutting parameters can be set to control cutting sped and depth of the cut. The cutting cycle is liquid cooled by a integrated coolant tank.
