A precision slitter is a preparation instrument and is designed for the precision cutting of geological samples.  The compact design will cuts fragile and soft mineral  materials that cannot be handled by standard high speed cut off machines. Variable wheel rotation speeds range from 0 to 600 rpm can be set to offer high quality and  precise cutting. A variety of sample holders are available, offering versatile fixturing of standard and difficult samples for cutting wheels upto 150mm.
