Plained backed grinding discs are designed to be retained on the platen with a retaining clip or additional adhesive surface. The diameter can be oversized so that the material has sufficient material to clamp.

The GritFix system has been developed to sure plained backed grinding papers and is an advanced clean peel adhesive. The GritFix can be supply by Spectrographic to hold the grinding papers to the magnetic platen.

Description

Plain backed grinding discs are designed to be retained on the platen with a retaining clip or additional adhesive surface. The diameter can be oversized so that the material has sufficient material to clamp.
The Gek-Fix system has been developed to stick down plain backed grinding papers and is an advanced clean peel adhesive. The GritFix can be supply by Spectrographic to hold the grinding papers to the magnetic platen when using a steel backed Gek-Fix. Gek-Fix is also available with adhesive backing and can be used directly applied to the platen.
